What about Joey last night??  I'm not the guys biggest fan but Pedersen was throwing the shoulder in him a time or two for no reason. Did anyone see the highlights of Wolves Newcastle earlier in the season? Joey Barton must have been hit late about 7-8 times, it was crazy. Karl Henry being the worst offender. Big Mick says he doesnt send his team out to kick people!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |

Because of his past he will always be highlighted but i do think he gets targeted by other teams and has done well to keep a lid on it most of the time.

few of us were at the Newcastle game on saturday and the toon Army absolutely adore Barton. Although he is a classless thug its easy to forget how good a footballer he is. Really is the main man at Newcastle now,everything comes through him. Loved his interview a few years back when he was asked if he held himself responsible for all his mistakes he's made he replied 'no, I blame society!'  f**kin nutjob! |

I thought he was awesome on sat -- and it seems he may have calmed down a wee bit since he has been at Newcastle!!
As Mitty says - the Newcastle fans adore him.....esp when he was over at our side taking a corner!! Everyone is his best mate! (Different story when Matt Jarvis from Wolves was over!! lol)
