I think it is fair to say defence wasn't the word for either team last night.
Shore gifted 6 goals to Antrim, although to be fair they did give us a few as well, the boys battled hard and didnt give up, and it was encouraging to see Antrim trying to run down the clock at the end.
I take full responsibility for our poor start, 2 goals down in 3 minutes, i took a gamble with starting a player and it didnt pay off, but we battled back well from it.
Worringly a few injuries picked up last night, mainly from the pressure of so many games recently.
Shore Goals:
Barry Graham (2), Darren Asher (2), Chris McIntyre

some silly goals but we didnt do what we would have last season and fall to pieces.... we battled on and as the ref said at the end if there had of been another 5 mins left we would have scored again. cant speak highly enough of the way our boys played and maybe we can get a result when we play them again.... lets go to the westend game with the same attitude we had last nite and we shudn't have a problem! on the injury front my knee is pretty fukin wrecked but there is no ligament damage and nothing broke according to the xrays but from the breaking and crunching sound at the time it happened and the fact it keeps giving away on me i'm not that confident with the docs diagnosis tho she did give me a good rub down dont think i'll be playin for the forseeable future and its breaking my balls!!!

Cheers Goose, think we have to look at the positives from last night, need to get a wee bit of training back into our systems, our fitness has been top-class, i just think we are suffering mental fatigue at the minute.
