A disappointing start to the season for Shore with a 2-0 defeat to St Comgalls.
A poor first half display cost us dear, with 2 mistakes leading to goals for the visitors, however we can take heart from our second half display, we just need to test the keeper a bit more, think he had 1 save to make

i couldnt agree more strimmer my friend! Althou i dont think we will beat them 5-0 on ther postage stamp field of a pitch.........but at home it certainly will be 5 mayb 10  |

seems to be alot of Shores squad missing at the minute after watching them on saturday for whatever reason tho i hope they get their strongest team sorted for the return game against you's..................... just wish i could fookin play  |

I didnt see one hoof today. Did you? We had easily 75% of the posession and knocked the ball about comfartably and for long periods. Wardy ripped you's apart and scored 4 wonder goals. We had control after 15mins and you's chased the ball from then.
I predicted an easy 5-0 win... 6-1 isnt far off it?
One thing I will say is the referee was terrible today. Your keeper should have been sent off and your no. 7 should have been booked early on. I think the ref playing advantage got him away with it.

yes plonko just the 6 2day so much for bein a "long ball team" as well! totally agree with the post above strimmer has it spot on!
and ur keeper should have definitly walked i was out cold terrible challenge an it was not 50/50 as i won the ball!
pity i couldnt have finished the game ............. but the boys didnt need me anyway! unlucky!

I would have to give credit and say you boys are by far the best team in the league, probably even one of the best in the 3 leagues, your number 11 was superb, he took his 4 goals extremely, especially the header and is wasted at this standard, but some of your players attitudes f**king stank. Trying to fight absolutely everytime the ref gave a decision against you, i reckon your right back must be the gurniest wee sh7te i have ever seen, poor cnut needs laid
your number 6 was an absolute disgrace, ciaran i think his name was, booked aftre 5 minutes and if the ref had any balls he would have been off before half time, how many elbows and digs did he fire out? but as soon as he got tackled he was looking boys sent off. I think he was taken off before he was taken out or sent off. He was seriously messing with the wrong fella when he tried to start a fight with our number 7 Sean Gillen.
As for the 50-50, even if you win it, its still a 50-50, it was unfortunate what happened but you boys did yourselves no favour by harrasing the ref, especially with 1 of your players havng to be held back from him, screaming abuse at him!! He was never going to send the keeper off, and even asked our boys what way the ball should go?
Bet the head is ringing now burnso, and fair f**ks you went for a chance that some would duck out of, but both of you were looking at the ball, theres no way our keeper meant to take you out, he isnt that sort of person.

aye donko, tell the truth! u told ur keeper to take him out! ;D have to agree we can be gurny, but thats down to commitment to win everything. as for wardy, that guy is unreal. drinks,smokes and still i a class act on a saturday. most naturally gifted player ive seen and played with. hes a big fish in a small pond with us. he was one of the main players in our team that took us to the 1st a few yrs back then left to go to a higher league. but thankfully for us he came back.  agree with u also about us bein a super team. wer to good 4 that div, the only reason wer there is cause he got deducted so may points. anyway good luck for the rest of the season. (on ur wee pitch ) |

fair play donko uve came on here and accepted defeat gracefully! respect! totally agree wardy is a fantastic player and should be playin much higher standard than us! also ur not the 1st person to say mick is gurne ............ but thats just him ! to be fair i think both teams gave as much as each other in terms of dirty tackles and digs etc! thou i dont think any of our boys lifted a hand until ur number 7 grabbed sum1 by the throat 1st (thou i could be wrong ther) i defo cant agree with u on the whole 50/50 argument thou ....... i was always getting ther 1st,not sayin ur keeper mean to do that to me thou ........... but you have to ask the question if it hada been a different referee (not the worst in the 3 divisions an we all no that) would your keeper have walked ................... I THINK SO!!!!! my head an eyes r killin me mate,have been all day............was knocked out......dont remem anythin after goin for that ball until i woke,thought i was dreaming,an my lip is massive to boot!!!!!!!!!!! all for a goal which i think i wuda scored if i wasnt clattered! also fair play to ur keeper him an a few more of your players acknowledged me as i went off! good luck for rest of season anyway! |
