A case of missed opportunities for Shore in a game we should have won comfortably.
Shore gifted Castle Knights 2 goals in the 1st half with the usual charachteristic lapses in defence (feels like im writing this every match) and didnt get started until 2-0 down. Shore then played some nice 1 touch passing along the deck which eventually lead to a goal for Barry Graham.
In the second half Shore piled on pressure but couldnt break down the Castle Knights defence until Barry Graham took a suspicious looking tumble in the box, which the ref gave a penalty for. The penalty was dispatched by Barry to make it 2-2, and Shore went on to hit the post 3 times whilst pushing for the winner. As the final whistle went it felt very much like 2 points lost.
Shore Goals - Barry Graham (2)
Man of the Match - Kevin Downey

Kevy Downey....man of the match....not really surprised. No disrespect to Shore but Downey should be playing at a higher standard than 3rd division......the guy is a quality defender/midfielder and will run all day long.....good lad
