2 points thrown away by Shore with us leading 2-0 until the last 5 minutes, then conceding 2 sloppy goals.
Shore's goals came from Philly Sheridan getting his 17th and 18th goals of the season.
I also feel i have to mention the tackle by the Ahoghill number 6 "Frenchy", a two-footed lunge (like a long jump) towards 2 Shore players, over the ball. If it had connected we would have been ringing an ambulance. He is lucky the ref didnt want the paperwork hassle of sending him off. He then continued to mouth at the ref, and even his own players were telling him he should have been sent off. It was the worst tackle i have ever seen in the BSML and the guy was a disgrace

Dont know his name, big fella, balding with a moustache, have to say he is a good ref, just bottled it for that challenge

I was watching that match on saturday and the tackle was bad but f**k sake it wasnt that bad. none of the two players that he supposedly lunged at said anything about the tackle. it was the rest of the team who had nothing to do with it came running over mouthing and shouting at the ref (who had a great game) to give him a red card. I'll also two shore players who were seen kicking players off the ball. one of which the ref seen but let go.

You said you watched match and saw the tackle - if you were the ref. would you have sent him off??? Tackles like that don't happen too often in BSML and think that the reaction from Shore was due to the fact that one of their mates may have been seriously injured. If it would have been a similar lunge on an Ahoghill player no doubt their reaction would have been much the same.

Oh your a classy boy you are, wouldnt surprise me if it was you. Though it was nice of him to also grab Philly Sheridan by the throat and say if he wasnt already booked he would "f***ing break you".

Only his second post mate wouldnt worry too much, he won't make too many friends round here with comments like that.
And Ahoghill teams wander why they aren't the most popular....only takes one or 2 like him to give teams a reputation

i was one of those players that tackle came in on, its agame to be enjoyed and tackles like that are uncalled for and if you want to see him do it again, maybe you should play against him. donko was rite in mentioning it
