an so it has happened, 1st defeat of the season for Penarol  wasn't at the match but think there was a few boys out and only 11 turned up. so much for remaining unbeaten, it was nice while it lasted ;D que abuse.....  |

terrible game 4 first team players out and only 1 sub who has been the goalkeeper alot, but in fairness to big andy played brill when he came on, as for the rest of the team was terrible no organisation and couldnt finish a fish supper. Penarol had a great chance in the first half which could have changed the game with the easiest header u could ask for all season, but failed to score with the keeper making a grt save, but the header could have been alot better.
Atletico Antrim where great, marked and defended well as a team and where great on the counter, they got 3 chances and scored them, first one at the end of the first half which rattled the boys, and then after 10 mins of the 2nd half scored 2 within 2 mins. penarol got one back with wee jonny scoring and again if we had took the chances we had 2nd half could have been a draw easy but DD's finishing wasnt is usual today and missed 2 cracker chances.
But great game Atletico Antrim was def impressed dont know how wakehurst start beat yous after that performance.
Penarol the best thing to happen was to get beat no more silly talk of going unbeaten, big wake up call now so everyone out to training and get stuck in next week and subs get ur ass to the games

disapointed in 3 boys, left us having 2 play a man well passed his sell by date lol... whoever reads this and plays for penerol get ur f**kin asses 2 training and start looking like a side again, starting 2 become a joke lately... well played the athletico antrim boys, but can tell ya now uz wont get it so easy next time

Cheers guys and I know yous had players missing but we can only beat who's in front of us. After last weeks shambles of a result everyone of us was up for the game. Our keeper made several great saves but we too had other chances to score that went amiss.
Have to say you surprised me by playing 4 up front for the start of the game but that gave our midfield a load of space. I think yous still be up there at the end of the season and look forward to the return game.

Yeah the 2 midfielders were to far forward and were nit to keen on tracking back. That's 2 weeks in a row we have been involved with a shock result. 1 for and 1 against lol

hope ur right pele bad day at the office fair play to antrim didnt give us any time on the ball and defended really well.ur right tho mate u dont win league titles not training hope after sat theres a big turn out on tue nite.big wake up call on sat need to get back to winnin ways next sat.yea big leo the lion heart played seen better days lol

i wudn't say it was over confidence or anything about going unbeaten, its just we were on a gud run and didn't look like any1 would beat us aye pele leo had 2 play, as not enough boys turned up, 2 many boys think they don't have 2 train or have 'injuries' an when sat comes they r fine and dandy  if they keep gettin started every week itl never change so imo up 2 junior to start dropping people who r never there |

Time will tell good teams usually don't need to praise themselves though perhaps that's jus a wee bit of inexperience in the ranks. Still think the reds will be the team to beat in the 3rd. Too much quality in their squad for them not to be a threat
