We played some amazing football, it should have been 1-15 to be honest, I hit the crossbar twice, chances were being missed all over the show, crazy game

Could be Mitty, they only had 11, think they started with 10 men, though I dont see any mention of it on the list of suspensions

I got the impression that they were beat before they started because they had no interest in defending, even when it was only one or two nil. Rab, you remember your goal, i tackled the guy near our corner flag, looked up and saw you free with no one within 30 yards of you on the half way line and leaving you clear run in on goal. Also when we cleared the ball from our box and made our way out as a defence, i'd look round and see four or five of them still standing in our box. They were missing 7 players due to suspension and some other reasons according to one of the blokes playing up front. On the other hand you can only play the team thats in front of you and we beat them well. |

Yeah that goal was some of the strangest defending Id ever seen, I was in, or near, the centre circle in my own half and every single one of their outfield players was in our half attacking, there was no one near me, I couldn't believe it, you just hoofed it, I ran and got on the end of it and put it in the corner of the goal. One of their defenders did catch me, he was like lightening! but was no match for my beer belly, I just put him on his back  so much for the slim european look |

i'm guessing they were missing a few, think through work rather than suspension but we had 3 important players out too and as was said we can only play whats in front of us!
We played a lot worse last season and didn't win or play as well as on saturday. Think we have finally settled into this division after a dodgy start!
