They beat us 1-0 up there last season and tbh i dont know how we never won. Done everything but score. They had a big striker who caused a few problems in the air and couple tricky wee midfielders but apart from that they weren't powerful.
Good luck lads

Alright lads sorry for hijacking the thread. Neil from Tullymore Swifts here just looking quick directions to Penarols pitch once we hit Ballymena??
Mighty Reds think your problem lay with doing everything but scoring, that's how you win games!! only winding, both teams had chances, one of those days mate.
We having a few scoops after the game lads?? looking forward to the day out

If you get to Harryville Bridge in the town its on a wee turn off from there Railway street you call it, Drive to the end of the street and the pitch is there.
Your best bet is just stopping and asking someone if youse are't sure most people should know.
And im sure Penarol will have food etc layed on great club.

unlucky today lads, 3 (mighta even been 2 can't remember ;D) nil i think we more than matched them 1st half, they had 1 or 2 chances, we had a good chance, wee ricky was unlucky, good save from the kepper. 2nd half the boys started playing better and no composure in r team, resulted in them takin the game 2 us, then they scored (wot looked like a cross from where i was) if he meant it was sum goal, then they got another 1 an that was it. Prob a fair result in the end, unlucky lads, back to the league next week, lets keep the heads up

Think fair enough assessment of the match mate(it finished 2-0) He's claiming he meant it but it looked like a cross to be as well. Good bunch of lads and the hospitality shown was brilliant, great club. Have organised to have you's down next pre-season and put on a spread for you's.
Good luck in your season lads and all the best
