That was me! Torn ankle ligaments so far but have to go back up 2moro or whenever the swelling goes down! Off the feet for a while anyway. Breaking it would of been alot handier, while sore. thanks to ballykeel for helping get me sorted!

No ran after the ball which had gone out to get it back into play quickly, slipped and somehow my leg got caught underneath me as i went down! That will teach me for forgetting my boots especially on a wet surface!

how is your ankle merv? back on it yet, it looked swollen that night! i wrecked my ankle ligaments last aug against cloughmills and its still very weak and sore/swells up after running!! been for xray, physio loads, rest, acupuncture, ultra sound, infrared,stretches, tablets and got an MRI but its still fu*cked
