I know loads of lads come on here and say they should have won by a s**tloads of goals for a game, but really really we shouldve won this game by 6 or 7 goals but also easily couldve dropped 2 points right at the death too.
We scored in the first coulple minutes through another half Sexton/half OG goal
Had a couple other chances as well in the first 10 minutes which we didnt take. On their first attack of the game yer man man hits a wonder strike from 20 yards into the top corner to equalize. We then went back to battering them for the 1st half but missed a few chances including a penalty.
2nd half was alot tighter , they were like a new team, but even still we missed a few more chance to kill the game. Big Froggy ended up putting us 2-1 up and although we had a couple more chances again, FC Antrim missed a chance to equalize in the last minute when yer big man headed over from 6 yards.
Anyway we played some good for good periods and Im sure one day we'll go out and beat somebody 4 or 5 cause this season we are creating the chances. Its still a good 3 points at the end of the day anyway.
Good luck to FC Antrim for the rest of the season and hope you man that got split open is alright. Think I heard one of your guys say he was away up to get stitches in.
