Loadsa up and down hills, sprints, road runs, close ball work and working on shooting techniques, I am wrecked! Best training we've had in ages I'd say

He even knew the back lane where all the teenage girl alco's hang out!  we also got an inspirational roar running past the pub, the man knows the craic  I'll be back up that lane tomorrow night for the craic |
