brilliant 3 points!!
after a very very poor first half, 1-0 down..second to every ball, to come away with 3 points was super.
second half i thought we were superb as far as commitment was concerned..played in bursts, and were solid at the back.
goals from Ryan lyness and an O.G.
All the best to glenarm, who really gave us a battle today, as they always do...defo a better side than the league table shows.

was a good hard game, thought a draw would have been a fair result, we were best 1st haf and yous 2nd but not to be!! now we have carniny away, homers away broadway away and yous home out of the way we can hopefully get a few wins on the board starting on thur away to connor!!
like you said we are a decent team, not top 4 by no means but a mid table side, just no luck and bad finishing costing us points at min againts the better of the 1st div.
yous are a very strong team, good in air.

yes johnny is a class act, he was at spurs as a center mid, was in the reserves but came home, didnt play for 2 years and put on weight, he played for us a couple of season up front (top scorer) and this season has been tring to get his fitness back, he has lost 2 stone going to gym everyday and we are now starting to see the real johnny in center mid, he was injured againts yous and should not have been playing but had to as cyaril was injured. id say by xmas he will be dif class.
thought yous were far better with the 442 tbh.
that 4231 is very dependant on smiley having a good game and holding ball up which against us he didnt realy do, our center half marked him well.

Im sure the Glenarm lads will correct me here if Im wrong but think he's only 26/27 and plays in middle of pitch though Im near sure he played up front too. LAst time I seen him he was carrying alot of beef. I was told years ago he was an awesome player and had a real chance of making some kind of career in football. I was also told ( could be alot of s**t) that he was offered a new contract at Spurs but they then signed a new 1st team striker and contracts offered to some of the reserves were withdrawn. Played for Larne too for a stage then disappeared from footy for a while. |

know what your saying lenny, but 442 def put us under more pressure and thats when you played better even without natural wingers.
