away to clough lads on saturday....now is must win game for us  cant afford to lose our first 2 league games or were chasing already. how we didnt go on and win that match last night is a mystery to me, think we def needed to play at least a few friendlies it told the last half n hour  but well done to carnlough super come back. the chances we missed though was ridiculous, big marriot not playing for us last night, and im pretty sure if hed of been playing hed of had a field day, but he wasnt there so thats all about ifs n buts  and well done to telford last nite set the 3 goals up, and big rocky when he came on was good, so a few positives ;D that first half performance last nite was wat were all about, just unfortunate we let in silly goals but hey itll come  nways heads up lads...3 points tomoro and were back on track  |

wouldnt be to disheartened about the carnlough score, they are a hard team to beat on their own pitch as we have found many times.

clough 2-3 connor great win lads, not easy out there especially on that pitch lol had to work really hard, and that clough team will def take points of a quite alot of teams this season for sure really we should be sitting with 2 wins from 2 after throwing away that 2 goal lead the other nite, but wat can ya do goalscorers Mervyn Crawford Daryll Coyle Darren Campbell |

Thought we deserved a point today but we just didn't defend well enough for the goals.
How that ref is doing first division games i'll never know.

Very tough place to get three points. Both teams missed alot of chances and Simpo made two good saves in the first half. Actually thought he was one of the better ref's about, apart from Byres booking he didn't do much wrong, apart from not booking you McCloy haha. Good to see Coyle back and he will be important player for us this season, especially with goals like that today. |

Must agree with my associate gorum here. It seems the egotistical nature of the Campbell beast has been tamed. Perhaps an end of season draw with the lowly broadway was enough to show him the light. Im sure our good friend harty didn't have to endure any taunts of being the worst player in the league again this time round? I think we all take some credit for this improvement!!
Fair play to the lad i say. Scoring plenty too.

Well done to Connor. It was a very tough game. As Mccloy said we didn't defend well enough for the goals and paid the price.
