Connor Rangers 9 v 2 St. Comgalls Firsty, congratulations to Connor, deserved the win. No doubting it. To say we are gutted is an undersatement, some of our more seasoned players have took it more badly than the younger lads. Our defence just didnt get it together at all. And our keeper (not for the first time this season) gifted our oppenents a couple. Difficult to stand as a sub and watch, but shook every Connor players hand after the game. Was sore to see them lift the cup, but still we were sportsman enough to aplaud the better team. I think a few on here were right. Connor were like a wounded tiger tonight after losing the league title, and performed well. Sandsy?? and Merriot?? were great. For all his shouting on here I didnt think Darren was a good as he talks.....more a better team around him. Hopefully we can respond that way on Saturday against Clough. We had one player that showed up tonight. Big Fergie. Scored our two. Would have scored a bag full had he been playing for Connor. We had been missing, Dale and Masty and had two players carrying injuries. Dont think on that show it would have made any major difference. Hopefully Joe and who ever else is on here and associated with he league will see that the cnut that is "hook" (the Ref?) should never be allowed to ref a major game with us again. Call be bitter, but f**k it. Im honest and hurting.....and he was awful. On a final note...............nice to meet you Pele Gary want the most talkative, but I think he was hurting to. Dissapointed and very quite (for a change) on the bus home. .........and no sign of the Fish..........was expecting you to appear to share a bargin bucket with me. ;D clrkey was looking to say hello too.

Fair assessment there Mower, The defence was all over the place and your keeper was't much better.
If Fergie have of took some of his chances in the first half youse might of made a game of it but not to be.
LOL Aye Gary was't in the mood for talking understanable after getting tanked gave him a text anyway after he's in better form now.

If he stayed of all the bad stuff, he would have made top level. Easily. His cousing plays MLS in the US and Fergie would have easily made that grade too.

Yeah mate, had a couple of chances early in first half, had one or two of them went in before Connor got there third, things could have been different. Just didnt get the luck when we needed it.

Fergie stood out like a sore thumb for you, discussed this with you in the past few years on the forums but he really is cracking player. Missed yer man Dale at the back tonight, they were a total shambles in the 1st half, half the backline stepped up to play offside and the other sat in!! Id say at least 6 of the goals couldve been stopped but wasnt to be. Keeper didnt cover himself in glory either, bad night to have a mare. Was gonna stop and have a wee yarn with ye with about 5 mins left but ye bolted straight past me. I thought you had seen Fishy with a bargain bucket but you got the booby prize and had to talk to Pele instead

Lol.. Ducky plays for Ayr Utd i think. Ducky was at Ayr, but I believe he is out of contract so he's not sure where he'll end up. Was talk or Airdrie or Morton. His brother is "Chopper" our centre back, and not our keeper. God he would do his nut in if he was to find out you thought he was Jugger (our keeper) ;D Fergie stood out like a sore thumb for you, discussed this with you in the past few years on the forums but he really is cracking player. Id say at least 6 of the goals couldve been stopped but wasnt to be. Keeper didnt cover himself in glory either, bad night to have a mare. Yeah missed Dale talking at the back. He was on the sidelines doing his bit, but to be honest, I think our gaffer got it wrong in the team selection and starting 4-5-1 for only the 2nd time this season (last time we got hit for 7 or 8 as well) showed his inexperience. Why change from a 4-4-2 which we have had all year and worked well to 4-5-1 in such a big game. As for the Ferg, easily our best player last night....and Bap was the only other to show up at times as well. Was gonna stop and have a wee yarn with ye with about 5 mins left but ye bolted straight past me. I thought you had seen Fishy with a bargain bucket but you got the booby prize and had to talk to Pele instead LOL, you should have stopped me. Im s**te for remembering folks faces. I cant mind what you look like for it was ages ago when we last played. One of our players WAGS ;D called me and introduced me to Pele, who is her boyfriends cousin. Sorry I wasnt being rude Mitty. I was up and down the line a few times looking for Fishy, even a wee miny fillet would have done me. Connor Rangers 9 v 2 St. Comgalls Firsty, congratulations to Connor, deserved the win. I'll probably get hammered for this from all corners.
However, Darren Campbell imo was the best player on the park last night by a country mile. Stood out like a sore thumb.
What I don't understand is and maybe he could answer it. Why at 19 give up hope of playing Irish League??

I reluctantly agree with ye Harty . Everything good came through him, seen bits and pieces of him being very good but last night Is the 1st time Ive seen him control a game, but by f**k he does invite some dodgy tackles to be hit on himself. To be fair, I didnt hear him complain once about a few late ones he took, MAYBE, the pennys dropped with him

Thought you had a twitch. Now the immediate disgust has gone I have some sympathy for our keeper. Yes he had a mare but when a keeper makes a mistake there is nobody to bail him out. His head went down and it went from bad to worse. poor Jugger. And congratulations to Norty, Darren and the rest of the Connor boys. Ragin we got a 2nd. I had a double on Norty 1st goal, Connor 9-1. Some people (me included) have criticised young Darren but time for everyone there last night to hold their hands up and congratulate the wee f**ker. He had a superb game and controlled the match. Think it played into his hands having someone trying to mark him. He likes a wee ego trip and that would have given him the ultimate boost, having another team decide he was the man who needed to be stopped. Pity we didnt do it. And belated congratulations to Broadway on their league victory. Connor looked a superb side last night so to finish ahead of them over a full season is very impressive. So well done Connor, well done Broadway and see you both in the 1st division next season. Once I do my referee's course that is.

To be fair to Campbell he has been booted in every match this season and don't think he has ever reacted once, just gets on with it. Though Ricky Hanna done well beside him aswell, not in his natural position but done well and gave us abit of bite in the middle of the park.

Why at 19 give up hope of playing Irish League?? simple answer harty...I love playing football with my mates and for my local side get more enjoyment out of it, and to be honest it means a hell of alot more winning a game for connor than it ever did when i won a game for linfield...and thats the gods honest truth, weird i know...but true LOL PLUS my da wants me to stay in the morning have to listen to the big man, or im out of the house ;D lol

Simple fact is he's not, and is prone to f**k ups all the time . Doesnt like being told to do the simple thing and then gets mouthy. Would say there was two or three would have loved to have cuffed him after Wednesday nights performance. I hope he sticks big Dale in goals for Saturday.
