Connor were denied the points from their protest against Michelin because of a conversation between a current committe member and michelin secretary in town just before the meeting When It was told how to get out of it because connor had posted the protest wrong.
Big statement I know but all totally true. Rules there to be broken when it suits teams from top of town with that sort of help,
Amazing what's told in a bar with a drink on board!

i dont even know what this post is all about, but as has been said at numerous league meetings if anyone has a problem with the league, or way it is run etc then bring them to the league instead of stirring rubbish on here behind an alias!!

It was the league looking after Michelin one of the' top of the town' teams that got me ;D
Nobody but Connor is to blame for them f**king up their own protest.

Some day Monty will read too much s**te on hear and pack the whole thing in. Connor protest was deemed out of order, if it was me and I wasn't happy about it I would have went straight to the league and aired my views. Coming on here and stirring things up doesn't help anything. On that note i'm still f**king mad that Michelin weren't deducted 12 points  ;D |

I agree with harty on his post. What is the post suppose to achieve except for reopening a can of worms. We know we could have lost more points and Connor know they didnt do their protest right and we all know some clubs are unhappy we didnt lose 12 points!

I definetly have been off line too long. Just read the thread on the Michelin site....people in glass houses and all that ;D...some sh1te spoken about it.
Anyhow its over but I would like to add that the rules are in black and white. If you read and understand them then you can exploit them as the league are very strict that the protest process is carried out to the letter of the law.
If you dont follow these rules then you leave yourself open big time.
Any advice needed on the rules and how to exploit them, my consultancy fee is not that expensive. ;D ;D

It may be teams fault for not putting the protest in right,but does that give the right for someone to let the other team know how to fight it?

If Connor had beat us that night it wouldnt have been a problem, on the night they werent good enough.Therefere next weeks games wouldnt have mattered as much.
In sure the footballing club will be concentrating on the game at Clough before next weeks game anyway rather than old news.

Bremner i heard Monty and wee Joe tied you in knots at your last appeal ;D Ahem....well on the last appeal, lets just say that wee joe was going to leave the room as it got a little heated. All good fun. On a previous appeal, the club protesting did not write to the league to determine if the player in question was playing in another league. The defending club were to be copied in.....(as per the rules). This was not done so when I went in and brought this up.....think you will find that I tied wee Monty in knots as he had no were to go..as the rules were not followed correctly ;D funny as f**k |
