Well boys, with the playoffs now safely in the bag (thanks to being deducted ONLY ONE point), i hope you's will be taking the foot off the pedal come Saturday and "rolling over" when the mighty Clough come to town?? Have only played on that pitch once, and that was a few years back and we (Connor) got stuffed something like 9 nil that morning. Looking forward to it (if selected  ) |

Looking forward to this game, needs to be a big improvement from monday night. Why was it only a one point deduction. If the rules state a 12 point deduction, then why has a 1 point deduction been made? Just Curious ( Not in the same manner as Harty though ) |

I was only joking about the one point thing Mitty. I don't really care too much about the admin side of things in this league!
3 Points on Saturday for us will keep us safe for definite! Looking forward to it already, was strange not having a game tonight cos we've played Sat - Mon - Wed - Sat since midweeks started! But we definitely needed a wee break there. Match against Penarol showed we had few boys who looked knackered

Game had a 0-0 all over it today, though to be fair if your going to score a winner you may as well score one like that. The big man will never hit one like that again. Was'nt one proper chance created by either team in the whole game
Unfortunately we are just simply depleted at the minute, shows with our only subs being Froggy and Henzo (who hasn't played in 6months) and both had to come on due to more injuries. That was Sammys last game of season too.
In saying that everyone of our lads put in a great shift, Neil McKeown in the middle of pitch and Arron when he was dropped into sweeper were top class.
Good luck for the rest of the season.

He's been Struggling with his injury since he came back last month so will probably do him good getting a break. Ive never seen so many players unavailable in a team in over 10 years playing BSML. At the minute theres myself, Brian McDonald, Johnny Montgomery, Sammy now, Tommy McCullough, Mat McInally, Leroy Kennedy, Alex and Dimitri and now looks like Mark McKeown will be out for a while too. Froggy should be included in that too. There's a full team of players out! Aye goalscoring has been a major problem for us this season, still have the best defensive record but 3rd worst goalscoring. In our last 9 league games weve scored goals |
