Now that were approaching the 'business' end of the season, every game is going to be a tough one for us, but except for the games away to Broadway and Connor I dont think too many will be as hard as this one.
Bar maybe Connor, Shore IMO are the best footballing team in the division, though hopefully if its on the postage stamp pitch it may not suit them boys either. Were a few boys short on saturday too, so hopefully the boys taking their place will come in and do a job for us!
After 2 0-0 draws, I would very much doubt it will be 3rd successive 0-0 for us!

Looking forward to this one losing froggy must be a big blow to the team on and quite probably off it as well, as he is a very good experienced player.
Always a tight affair against us and I imagine saturday will be no different looking forward to it hopefully shore can keep there decent league form going to the end of the season.

Beat by the Shore boys on pens today after the game ended 1-1.
It was probably our best performance of the year today, and I think we were unlucky not to get the win over the 90 minutes. Shore undoubtedly are one of the best footballing teams in the division but we tried to stop them playing as much as we could plus we played the ball around as well as we have done in ages.
Massive bonus for us having Sammy back playing after 6 months. Best left back in the division by a brave bit IMO
Best player for Shore today was Sean Hale, good engine and good footballer too. Great Battle with him and Leroy in the middle of pitch, although I thought Leroy was top class for us today.
All the best in the next round anyway lads.

At the start of the game i would have put my house on a Michelin win due to the players we had out, but the boys who came in really done themselves justice - some boys making first starts and or appearances for us today - and with getting 3 players injured during play we had to use all 3 subs well before the end.

I like Donko would have fancied Michelin today but as I have said on our own forum page it shows now that Shore have a decent squad and not just a good eleven. We have had three good battles this year against Michelin and have came out with a good result on all of them. Good luck to Michelin for the rest of the season maybe we will get a fourth battle in the play-offs
