Good workout yesterday lads and it was good to try a few different things without worrying bout dropping points.
1st half I thought we couldnt really get into the game despite going 1 up thru Markg but in the 2nd we were the stronger of the 2 teams and we battled away very well.
Barry Birt scoring our second after some great work from Markg.

watched first 55mins , good workout for stans team. raceview were young and v fit side . end of the day it was all about matchfitness . good 2 c stan keeping them at it  |

I Think it was an emergency loan, but after his performance I hear they want the big man on a permanent deal!! Watch this space!

Barry done well yesterday but his wage demands are almost as high as Herbies...Eddie Greer also put the waders on yesterday and made a cameo for us.
It was all about keeping ticking over when other teams are struggling to get matches so Davey White kindly helped us out and the workout done us good

....fair play big blurt. The big man was so chuffed he went out on saturday night, drunk the bar dry, fell out of a car boaking and lay in a big puddle of Davy Fusco's pishe.....
he told me tonight he thinks it was the pizza that done it.......hahahahaha

The big man has got into a habit of boaking these days!! Not so long ago Birtatov was in the spinning mill and drunk the now infamous "jugs"...ended up boaking into an empty jug and leaving it for another punter!! Lol!! Legend!

I phoned Birt at 12.55 to ask him to come down and give us a hand, big man being the Gent he is agreed and was down 30 mins later. He done well, and got a goal, but neither I nor anyone at the Swifts were trying to "poach" him. Cant see the big man leaving Daddy Des anyway!!  ;D |
