I know Drummond is on £20 a game and Watson is on £19, simply because Drummond said he would only play if he was earning more than Watson. Something to do with Irish league experience, craft, ability, first touch blah blah blah although i think watson has made up that little pound with his greater goal bonus Granted, but having watched most of the games I would say that as a defensive midfielder/dictator, Drummond has far more of an influence on the game and has scored more crucial goals i.e. late winner v Athletico, Lisnafillan etc etc What's this defensive midfielder talk?! You do know that a defensive midfielder plays just in front of the back 4, not just in front of the strikers! |
