Good result today lads against a good Randalstown team. They are a better squad than their league position shows
2 goals for Big Zola today and 1 from Trevor (peach by the way).
We went 3 up before half time but to be honest we never really had full control of the game we just took our chances today.
Everyone played well today but special mention to Rob our stand-in goalie, he kept us in the game on a few occasions and the big man never lets us down when called on.

yea good game, we were rusty as we havent played since 12th dec and showed at times, thought kirky had a good game, and that new full back looked really match fit to me!!!lol.
just one of those days for us, good luck to swifts for the season.

yeah it was a good win and the 3 points are all that matters i thought square had a decent game too ( he begged me to say that) sets up a tasty game against cullybackey next week baldy how many is that zola on now?  ? must be close to 15 |

13 goals from 17 appearances great return for his 1st season with us,
I thought everybody played well yesterday and it was nice to get a win after our game with Dunloy.
Good turnout at training this week again and we'l be grand. Last 2 weeks we have had 18 and 16 at training not bad for a mid table 3rd div team.
Shane is available from this week for 5 weeks and we have Kevin McLaughlin in the panel from next weekend too so we def have a good strong squad for the run in and hopefully we stay in the top 6

Cheers Twig and as Ive said you's played really well yesterday and gave us a good game just as you did over in Randalstown where you beat us.
Says a lot bout a game when our keeper is pushing for MOTM. Also just wanted to say how well Chrissy Graham played yesterday in his 1st start for us, he did the simple things really well and played some nice thru balls.

Big game next week against Cullybackey whom I have been reliably informed havent trained in ages so all being well if we keep it tight for the first half then ours and Pele10s superior fitness should take over...

Glad to have signed for the swifts, good bunch of lads and i think with everyone stays fit the play offs are there for the taking.
wathced the match on saturday and it was good to see 3 points, zola was quality the defence all done well but for me weasel was the best player on the pitch

So Teflon how any do you get at training every week, from what I hear you'se (if your associated with Westend that is) are getting really good numbers too and Ive heard 16 or so mentioned so why do they all turn up if its only 11 on a sat?
We show affection to each other on here because we can and if somebody plays well then whats wrong with telling them theyve done well.
Couple of players left us this week so Id like to wish Stevie Dowds all the same to Marc Young who has decided to sign for Ahoghill Thistle where he will be able to attend training and push for a starting place with them.
Hopefully we have a couple coming in to replace them over the next week or so but if not then onwards and upwards.
