Beat today by a really good Dunloy side tho there are some psitives to come from todays game.
The 2 new lads were brilliant today and they showed that we made the right choice in signing them and Pele10 showed what an asset he will be to the club with some fantastic crosses for our front men and the ball he swing in in the 1st 10 mins was world class and big zola's header was superbly saved by the Dunloy goalie. John was solid and got stuck in and his vocals from the back were inspiring and he will be a class act for us.
Weasel in my opinion today was superb and he never stopped in what was a very difficult match for us, Big Phil was his usual self and he never really put a foot wrong.
Great to finally get a game and lets hope all the teams now enjoy a few games back to back and we can all get on with the season.
Well done Dunloy and good luck for the rest of the season.

Dunloy it would appear will be a division 1 team in a year or two, defo seem to be a top top team, and will only get better as they progress. Were James and Paul Storrie playing? I was speaking to wee Revs dad a few months ago and he was telling me they were playing for them, two absolute cracking players, i think both had been higher league players for a good lot of years, defo two good players to have in any team in any division. Paul i think had played Irish league for a lot of years, and in more recent years they had been playing for Portglenone, good to see the both of them playing in the BSML.

Wrong Dunloy team im afriad lads, Paul plays for Dunloy FC, had heard James was maybe going to sign for them aswell, we are Dunloy Athletic. Strange enough game today, very open and with all due respect to Lisnafillan(and the other teams in the league) i think the one team you dont want to play open football with is us. Your boys couldve scored 2 or 3 today stan in fairness but we missed a few chances aswell. Great to get back kicking the break was about 3 weeks too long. All the best for the rest of the season stan

I was down watching the first half, I was getting excited when Lisnafillan brought it back to 2-1 then straight away it was 3-1 then 4-1 before half time. Just before half time I left for training feeling disappointed, I thought Lisnafillan would have given Dunloy more of a game. Lisnafillan seemed to be playing with 5 at the back and 1 man up front, definately showing Dunloy alot of respect. Dunloy looked a hell of alot fitter, have you guys been training over the christmas period?

Lol rab believe it or not we were playing 3 upfront today so altho I showed them the respect they deserve I was determined to have a go at them and we did in patches but Dunloy have players who pull all over the show and they are tricky to pick up.
Its all about fitness and we arent sharp enough yet so hopefully keep things ticking over at training and get a few games under our belt and hopefully make the playoffs which would be an improvemnet on last year so the club is progressing ok and we'll do ok.

if ur still sore from a game from sat, u need ur head looked . train more unless ur injured or took a knock. wtf??? we hadnt played a game in 4 weeks and wer unable to train outside due to the snow etc.. the pitch was wet and very hard to get going properly. running on the tredmill is allot easier than tramping through a boggy pitch ;D
