liverpool have been terrible this season... they thought it was a matter of picking up were they left off last season and going to win it.....
Rafa's running out of excuses everytime he was interviewed but who can blame him when the club wont give him any money!
Liverpool fans thought it was a blessing in disguise those american twats taking over, cause they had all these bigs ideas and now look were they are.
I can see liverpool finishing a mere 6th this season, Gerrard doesnt look interested, Nando keeps getting injured, Aqualini hasnt featured enough looks a great player too. The rest of the team are s**te!
We will see how they play with the arrival of Maxi Rodriguez great signing but it could be too late.
As for Gerrard and Torres id welcome them at City, they would not have to moves homes due to Manchester being up the road!

Absolutely shocking! We didnt even deserve extra time last night! Everything from the owners down to the players need clearing out! No one in the squad this season deserves to wear the shirt. Nando and Stevie need a good kick up the arse! Fair dues to reading, played out of there skin for it!

Can't stand Rafa to be honest. The man is a tube. Look at the whole Robbie Keane fiasco, that showed his failings for me never mind this seasons run. Paying all that money and keeping the player until the next window either shows you he doesn't know quality when he has it or doesn't do his homework before spending big. Any wonder he's struggling to get money now.
I know a lot of Pool fans didn't rate Keane but lets be honest here, he was f**ked about something shocking and spent a long time on the bench. Even though I'll agree he took ages to settle and eventually score was it really good business selling him at a big loss a few later with no replacement there. Might have helped Pool to a title and took the burdin off Treatment Table Torres!!!

Worst Liverpool side I ever remember. Lucas, Insua, Babel and Ngog are absolutely atrocious. Words can't explain how bad they are.
Aquilani 20 million. Reading players were running past him for fun.
Can't believe Torres is compared to Drogba. Any sign of the going getting tough and Nando disappears.
Liverpool are in total dissaray and really they have no one t blame but themselves.
One final point, I was willing the ball into the net for Jobi McAnuff. Surely that would have been goal of the season.

I hate liverpool so delighted to see them going out but i have to admit when both fit theres nothing between the drog and torres imo

....agree there, two of the best in the business. For me, and I hate to admit it, if both were fit I'd prefer Torres but both class acts!!
I've noticed Torres has a tendancy to sulk and walk about if the ref doesn't give him every decision but when he decides to win a game then that's normally what he does.
On the other side Drogba's diving and rolling about disgusts me. He's for me the very worst example of that side of the game and for a man of his stature with his ability it's a total disgrace to see him getting on like that....
Both have faults both again the best about for me at what they do....

i ve been a rafa supporter since he came to us, but he's put himself under massive pressure, he's in control of everything now and can blame noone but himself, he'll stay until the summer, but if he doesnt get us to finish in top 4, he'll have to resign.

I hate to say it but Rafa has had 5 years and we are worse off than when Houllier left.
- He has lost the dressing room - He can't see zonal marking doesn't work. 13 conceded from set pieces from 26 conceded in the league. - Plays players out of position. Babel has been poor but has never started up front which is where he always played and Kyut is the same. - He can't make a substitution before 63mins. - He 'HAS' had plenty of money but not used it wisely. He has been lucky to recoup a lot of money from his signings, but most of those players are doing better now than when at the club. ie Bellamy, Alonso, Arbeloa, Crouch, Murphy, Warnock. Also refused to sign Owen who we could do with right now. - Believes Lucas Leiva is a premiership player! - Will not give local young talent a run in the side ie Darby/Kelly or Spearing. After all Gerrard was guff in his first few games but has proved his talent over 10 years at the top.
Rafa mus go and Dalgleish can spur things on for a top 4 finish. Then Jose Mourinho can take over.

He has bought something like 77 and sold 80 odd. Overall spend is about £80 million when sales are taken into consideration.
Staggering that so many players can come and go and we are worse than in any time he has been manager!
