Cant have too many complaints about the draw today. We had a few decent chances 1st half but could only the one. 2nd half penerol came right back into it and got an equaliser with bout 10mins left. After that we had a couple great chances to win it but couldnt take them. Fair play to penerol, never stopped and their 3 wee men up front always looked dangerous.

I said after the game the other night that youse are far too good to go down this result pretty much keeps youse up. Dont get me wrong Pele, Froggy was a massive massive loss, not only for his goals (which we really miss ;D) but his all round play and ability to lead from the front, BUT we have good enough players still at the club to at least challange teams like yourself and Connor, so its too easy to blame our run on losing a couple players and a shocking injury list! If anything, I think we are feeling a bit sorry of ourselves, but we'll up a fight on Monday night even though we'll be big underdogs. |
