Definitely a huge game for us on Saturday, was looking there and we've played the same number of games and they're 8 points ahead of us so definitely a must win like Merv says! But we've been playing really well recently so hopefully we can go and get the 3 points!

Michelin on a great run at the minute but have to slip up at some stage. We have played all 6 teams at this stage and although Michelin were solid all round the pitch I don't think they would be necessarily the best footballing side but they work hard for each other. If you mark big Froggy brave and tight I would fancy you's for 3 points.

I'm too fat to run around the town anyway And i won't be attending, i'll (hopefully!) be out celebrating our victory in the junior shield ;D Plus i'm in gillies on the 12th, and unlike you, i haven't the money to go there every weekend  |

Anyways moving back on to the topic this thread is meant to be about. Hopefully this match will be on, although with the weather at the moment i wouldnt be to confident.  im sure this will be a belter, and a win for connor would open the title race up a whole bagful. michelin have slipped up the past few weeks, not sure if it was due to poor performances or the other teams they were playing played very well as i never saw the games. but wat i do know is when michelin play us theyll be up for it 110% thats for sure and there wont be to many bad performances LOL |

So after the disappointment of going out of the Junior Shield on Saturday (and having a hell of a good day nonetheless ;D) we return to the league this Saturday! Massive massive game for both teams... a win leaving us 5 points behind them with 2 games in hand and right back in it, but a defeat leaving us 11 points adrift, and despite those 2 games in hand would be hard to catch up! Looking forward to this alot! |
