Some win 2day lads, 2 1 down with 10men to win 3 2. Few heated discussions on the pitch between the towers lads maybe helped youse, though rumours of raised hands was maybe a bit ott!

Great win on sat boys considering the circumstances!!! Waveney started quick (maybe due to fact they had been up on pitch warming up since 7.30 ) and should have put game to bed in first half. But once we equalised i thought there was only one team in it and that was even after the sending off To come away with 3 points on sat tells everyone we dont care who you get to referee our games we still not going to go away!! p.s Why are Michelin refusing to play their games???

Honestly Homer - i dont think we only domintaed for the first half hour. I think the first HALF easily belonged to the Waveney, and at least 15 minutes into the second half!! Your lads will probably say the same thing. It was a hard defeat to take, especially after playing so well the whole game. IMO we at least deserved a point. The Ref was shocking -- think he handded out about 11 yellow cards - and for reasons totally oblivious to me at times!! I thought Stumpy "Lee Bowyer" and Peter "Kieron Dyer" Mars probably shouldve walked in the first half for the little "creative difference" which they shared on the pitch -- -- and for everything which was said to the Ref....for Big Mo to get sent off was VERY harsh IMO. We didnt take our chances in front of goal - and gave away 3 silly goals - but we have to lift ourselves, take the positives from the match and keep plugging away! Good luck to 7 Towers for rest of season -- would be League contenders if they stopped gurning at each other no doubt about it!

firstly well played waveney who deserved something from the game and were very unlucky. def better than ther league position tells. altho to be fair id say that was prob their best xi this season and they were well up for it. towers were very sluggish and everyone looked a bit off the pace - prob something to do with the fact people are refusing to train!!!!!!!!
great 3 points for us tho and we could look back at that at end of season as a very important win. ref was shocking and 8 yellow cards and 1 red for towers vs 1 yellow i think for wavaney goalie for time wasting in a match where there wasnt one bad tackle tells its own story. we showed great character to come back from 2-1 and a man down to win and tells what the towers are all about. was always gona be a tough game after a week or two off and to get 3 points in circumstances was massive.
p.s. why was every game in the town on except mich who called it off at 1pm on friday!!!? they are refusing to play on heavy pitches LOL. yyyyooooooooooooooooooooooopppppp

now now young herbie, i think u will find more matches in the town were off on saturday than were on! From the state of the pitch at start of week most of us thought it wouldnt b on, wed nite the same, didnt see the pitch after that but id imagine it wasnt much better! Everybody is looking for a conspiracy theory against the mich! anyways great 3 points for ye's which from all accounts u didnt really deserve. Weve done it a few times this year when we got 3 points when maybe didnt deserve them, but its getting 3 points that matters

forgot 2 say, seems 2 b a wee bit of tension in the towers camp bout some players playing and not training, then some saying players arent putting it in on saturday! Was gonna say would it not b better getting it sorted on a training nite, but if some dont train.....

In all fairness Herbs -- about 6 of them yellows were deserved -- I have never played against a team who gurns at the Ref and at each other as much!! ;D
As you say, game was played in very good spirit - dont think there was a 'malicious' tackle from both teams.
Its a very true saying -- "its harder to play against 10 men than 11 sometimes" -- we found that out on saturday the hard way!
Fair play to you'se -- you'se never gave up and worked very hard in last 15 mins to grind out a result!

greene machine!!!!!!! long time no speak. why u not on here anymore LOL mitty just probing use!! we all know mich dont like playing in the muck and prefer 3 games in 2 days at end of season LOL!!! yeah it is the first time in a long time we have got 3 points we barely deserved at the towers - so u wont hear me compliaing aye pele10 i know our shouting and gurning on sat was a disgrace. but to be fair we put it to one side when we sensed use were getting a big jittery on the 2-1 lead.
