Sorry lads I got the names mixed up i thought it was big Belfast Aaron that plays for the rovers.
No he wasnt at training this week but if he is friendly with Zola then he is coming next week as Sean told me he has a mate who wants to come to train.

Well if we had just done our wee training for a 3rd division team you wouldnt have felt the benefits from it mate so with a higher division players there I had to step it up a tad lol tho that was nothing that we dont do in pre-season.

it'll not be happenin again!! me and weasel are puttin our feet down!!. There must have been forty people runnin about that wee hall, we only got 3 games of footie at the end. The switfs are not some sort of training charity where you can just turn up because only 4 players go to your own team's trainin on a thursday night |

Good turn-out tonight again lads and a good work out I think youl all agree lol once we got 20 mins into the drills we actually started doing them right ;D Not too many of our boys in mensa...
Sam looked really sharp tonight and great to have the man onboard. Aaron continues to work hard and I hope everyone is enjoying the training coz it is toughish but everyone has a wee laugh and it aint too serious.
