game played in horrible weather conditions as i would say most of yesterdays games where!! started slowly playing a new system but worked are way into game and took lead on 25 mins through a back post header from odhran. controlled the game without really creating anything after this.
second half they had the wind and should have scored straight away but fired over from close range then cat made a great save from a header. after this we played well soaking up pressure against the wind and catching them on break their keeper made a few saves then both teams went down to 10 men and we had to dig deep late on as they threw everything at us. gooch then missed a great chance to seal it in dying minutes but we had done enough
great win against a good big physical side!! into last 50 now so hope we can keep the euro run going

We won 2-1 away to dunmurray rec to reach the last 16! fish and brady with the goals! Think big smiley played every position on the pitch that day! Who beat us snowman88!

we got colin valley away in the next round.. played them 5 or 6 years ago, they beat us 3-2.. nice wee trip to poleglass  |

We won 2-1 away to dunmurray rec to reach the last 16! fish and brady with the goals! Think big smiley played every position on the pitch that day! Who beat us snowman88! got put out by ballynahinch olympic that year 5-4 after extra time!! |

we got colin valley away in the next round.. played them 5 or 6 years ago, they beat us 3-2.. nice wee trip to poleglass lovely trip to have in the next round, think we were the last team out before the byes started too!! dunno what they are going to be like they play in amateur league 2c have played 4 and won 2 drew 1 and lost 1!! |

Aye beat in extra time the next game by the Hinch!!  Good days alright. That's the same season we thumped Homers 5-0 in the cup at the Showgrounds!! ;D ;D |

They are in the same league as Ballynahinch Olympic who we beat 2-1 last season AET (scorcher from me to win it ;D). We had a seriously depleted team that day and lost Murphy to a split head after about 10 mins but still managed to pull out the win. They are on the same points as them. Cant really compare on that little info but if they are a similar class side, i think we should be ok |
