This morning took me back to my playing career way back many years ago in the morning league with players turning up completely blocked from the night before lol. I swear the smell of drink there this morning nearly made me boak...
Anyways to the match itself.
I asked the lads to give this game their biggest effort so far this year coz we have been struggling to get our form back lately and we needed to up our work rate a bit. I tinkered with the starting line-up and in all fairness I thought the lads who came in played prob the best they have for the club. Wee Justin was first class all morning and Bobby was brilliant upfront. This morning saw Square and weasel put in their best games for us and Ricky Davis was immense. Credit to the lads at the back I thought Phil and Trevo were class today again and Greg didnt really have a save to make (they hit the crossbar but he didnt save it ;D).
Great to see the front men getting a goal or 3 and Square opened the scoring for us with a lovely effort and Weasel mate you've got a thome head on yeah but then again so has Phil and Trevor lmfao ;D ;D ;D
Demense at Galgorm next week and we'l have to play at the same tempo we played today right from the off.
It wa samazing today coz the players actually listened to the fat man and done what I asked...
