it was Mickey King, Brady and Telfrod Jnr in the middle of pitch Pele with Keith Miskella, Specs and Simon Murray up front.

first time on lads since sat
well done to mich - our pure sh*te, inept and heartless first half performance gave us far too much to do. defence was left too exposed in 1st half and with big froggy and lon twin running about was always gona be up against it. maybe our new additions didnt know wot it means to play in towers v mich game - thats how it looked anyway. on paper we have had less talented teams in the past but one thing we always did was compete!! but credit to us in 2nd half - we controlled it and maybe should have nicked draw alth to be honest it would have been undeserved.
iv said since early in season mich are the favourites to win it and i stand by it. we need to go on another run of wins now and see where it leaves us round crimbo! positive thing is we have played all the top teams away now - and so it is still well in our hands and we def have the players to do it. sat was a setback but we'll bounce back stronger dont worry bout that

Apart from Granda John down in B&Q telling folk Towers would walk it and had too much quality for the division AND that he was their best player, defo best defender, and also that he will win next years x-factor........ To be fair I haven't heard anything like that from any other players at the Towers even when things were going really well and no one wanted to leave!! LOL... ;D Honestly though, haven't noticed that attitude from anyone other than the named B&Q Cleaner!! LOL... |
