Good entertaining game today with Michelin winning and fully deserving to.
Think to be honest the scoreline flatters the towers who where outplayed IMO and should have been beaten by at least another 3/4 goals.
Granted they missed a pen after a great safe by the keeper but mich had so many chances to kill this game off it was very one sided at times
alos seen a very strong bench for mich today and it takes that to win things.
A good advert for the league played in a good spirit considering the build up to this one

it was tight in the end chesneybhoy cause they were chasing the game, but id say the towers boys will admit themselves 1st half could easily been 4 nil mich at least, we missed 3 or 4 really good chances plus big marsy pulled off couple good saves. 2nd half towers had 2 have a go, had plenty of ball but except for the pen and couple other chances thats all they created. Anyways rather than slag the towers off, ill just say from a mich point of view, it was a super result for us and a great performance, especially 1st half. Also great 2 have 19 players available for selection, all good players too. Keeps us up there with the favourites anyways. And for the towers boys..... Dont worry ull get ur chance for revenge later in season!

well done indeed lads. great result 4 us yesterday. thought we played great football in the first half. moved the ball around the pitch quickly and got some great balls in. was great to have frog back and at it again. played a great game like all the rest of us. great effort in the second half too. what a couple of great saves from the big man from the pen and a later save. get in there mitch!!!

Have to say boys, michelan were the better team in the first half. the change of formations and stuff may have caused a few problems, and big roy was a handful. but the second half was all towers, if wee stumps and slotted the pen home i thought we wouldve went on and won but no point in dwelling. p.s....mitty i am no diver:):Dlol |

It was a silly penalty we gave away and even the goal you scored was a scramble when our players clearance smacked another 1 of our players and deflected in  Just come out and Admit, on saturday, the better team on the day won  And im sure you boys will be well up for the return leg, but will Stumpy and Co still be there (everyone else it s**t stirring about it so I may as well join in ) |

hahaha i think it was a tale of 2 halfs! but the fact roy "Yakubu" Davidson had to drop into centre half in the second half told the story. but no point in dwelling, use got the 3 points. but as for this talk of people leaving. i dont know..... only time will tell i think. few people could take the easy options after a bad result on saturday.
