Randalstown Reds 2-1 Connor Rangers
This was always going to be a tough game for Rangers as The Reds are in good form at the minute. Rangers started this game very well having quite a few chances in the early stages. Then The Reds picked there game up and started getting a few chances there selves. Half way through the first half they went 1-0 up but Rangers responded about 10mins later with a goal coming from Mervyn Crawford. It stayed the same at the break. The Reds came out in the second half wanting it more as Rangers lay back and let them come at them but great saves coming from wee Bobby in the Rangers goal keep the score the same. Sammy Foster in the Reds goal was causing Rangers back 4 problems with his long kicking and with 15mins remaining there was a mix up in the Rangers defence which ended up with a Midfielder coming through to slot home what turned out to be the winning goal. Rangers threw everything at them the last 10 minutes but the Reds defence held on well.
