still early days for league placings think we are mid table!!
definitely a win we badly needed!! missing a few players as well so was good to get win under our belts!! think if we had got the 2nd goal at any stage we may have went on to win easily, but ballykeel to their credit kept us under pressure and made us work hard for our win!!

was a good win considering the number of players saints had missing. good to see the strength in depth.
both sides had chances, but like jnr says if saints had've got a 2nd it would've been comfortable win.
neilly a good addition to the saints panel, but missed a sitter!

, but like jnr says if saints had've got a 2nd it would've been comfortable win. as with most games At 1-0 there are many different ways in which the match could be panning out. In this case, at 1-0 it was very tight with both sides having chances. Hence, if all saints had've scored to make it 2-0 then chances are ballykeel heads would've dropped and saints would've gone on to record a comfortable win.

IF, the goal that was scored was disallowed, right? and the game finsihed nil nil, right? would it have been a comfortable draw? Depends..... What if one team had scored a perfectly good goal but the ref blew for offside and then the other team went up the pitch and had a stonewall penalty turned down.... That might have ben an unfair draw which in turn wouldn't be too comfortable..... ;D ;D
