See this match i honestly cant believe we got beat this game. And god's honest truth that was the most freak match i have ever played in. chance after chance and we couldnt score. i honestly cant believe the result. lol naaawww the shore boys will tell u...we should have won this game... but any how well done shore naw this one is hard to take.... Uphill from here on now to win league..but after today's performance i still think we are capable. But hell of a three points for shore the day And again well done  |

Thanks Darren you boys played really well and probably deserved something out of the game but we worked very hard and played some decent football at times. Connor will definitely do well this season and not many teams will take points off them on thier home pitch.
Our battling qualitys showed today and thought our keeper was superb.
Well done to the Shore.
Good Luck to Connor for the rest of the season. Until we meet again of course

Your keeper was brilliant today, made 3 or 4 great saves to keep you's in the lead. We were poor in the first half i thought, came out really slow and our passing wasn't great and we probably deserved to be 2-0 down at half time.
Second half was a completely different story, we dominated i thought and were camped in your half at times, i don't think Nicky had a save to make! We hit the bar and the post and of course a few great saves from the keeper. Also thought we should have had a pen wen Campbell was brought down by the keeper! (Although we probably also should have had a man sent off when he brought the man down right on the edge of the box!)
Congratulations to Shore and all the best for the rest of the season!

Another match full of incident and think its fair to say overall Shore were very happy to come away with all 3 points after dropping a couple of points last week against Riverdale. Full credit to both teams for good entertainment and score could have been 6-6. From playing most of the favourites already this season I think Connor and Broadway have impressed me most.
Sets us up nicely for match with 7 Towers next week which should be the last on our old pitch.
Good luck to Connor for rest of season.

Was talking to the ref and he said that Darren made so much of a meal of the penalty claim (legs flapping in the air like a fish) that he couldnt give it.
Who were the boys the ref had to speak to at the bottom corner?, according to our keeper they started throwing stones at him in the last 10 minutes, but Marty was on such a roll at that stage he was swatting them away

Won 4. Drew 2. Lost 2. Maybe not the start we wanted but its def not the worst start we could of got off till. Going to be hard as i've said before but i know for a fact we've the quality to be a top 2 team, im not saying we will but we def do have the boys there to do it..
Teams we've played likes of Shore, Seven Towers, St Comgalls, Clough, Inter Stars, Riverdale, Blackstone, Waveney all teams who are more than capable to take points off teams in this league.
Not going to be easy for any team
