Rab what happened yesterday was that 11 players turned up for me who didnt think they had to give the game or the shirt 100%.
Definately not good enough and we got what we deserved so fair play to Randalstown.
After Xmas theres gona be a few changes at the club as I wont stand and watch that pile of shyte week in week out.
As for the ref well enough said the better...

to be honest though the ref was ok, gave bad decisions for both teams, missed a blatant pen for us in the first half, thot we werent at our best missing 6 players and those who came in put in the effort required , we deserved the win. good luck for the season.

Playoff spots will be grand we just need to make sure we dont have any slip ups again ffs...too many off days this season and we cant afford too many more.
I have 1 player siging this week who used to be at the club and hopefully theres 2 others in the hat for after the xmas break. Il be busy over the break trying to get a few new faces at the club

Adrainy as much as I genuinally admire the effort you put into your club and the obvious affection you have for them too ( and im sure i dont even know half of what you do for the club) but sometimes it seems that you take alot of the poor results to heart and want to make drastic changes. I dont know much about your team at all and if im wrong in what i say i will certainly stand corrected! You mention alot about how ur lads show up in good numbers at training, are a good bunch of lads and work hard for you, which any bsml manager would be proud of. The further down the league you go the harder it is to bring better quality players in so sometimes you just have to work with what u got as its just not possible to bring in betters players. I havent seen your lot play so maybe theyre not putting the effort or performances in you know they are capable of, but you seem to be doing a good job with what you have there so i wouldnt press the panic button just yet.

Mitty your right mate in what you say I have a good bunch of lads who come training and put the effort in.
You've also hit the nail on the head when you say I give my all to the wee club and honestly if you had seen our performance yesterday you'd fully understand why I was so upset. Im supposed to get enjoyment out of this game too and lately its a chore for me to watch it. I got so upset yesterday at some of the performances from some players and the ref ( who also doesnt ref Mitchelin by the way) that I had an arguement with the bloody man who opens the changing rooms lol now I dont need that on a saturday morning or any morning and I had to question yesterday was it my fault we are playing so poor at the minute and I honestly thought bout packing it all in, but after a nights sleep Im gona stick with it.
I can accept being beaten but its the manner of the defeat which annoys me. No panic button just yet as I know that the squad I have is more than capable but we lack a bit of fight in the team and nobody to take the game by the scruff of the neck and shake the f**k outta it lol.
We are maybe 1 or 2 players short of the team I want and I will hopefully have either 1 or 2 of those players at the club in the new year, tho if not Im sure the players I have will lift their games cause they all know its unacceptable.
It aint life or death but sometimes a bit of pride in the jersey would be appreciated.

fair doo's mate. As i said i know very little bout your team at all and nobody better knows it better than you. To be fair im sure all managers from Dobbie at carniny to arthur at demense can say at least once every season that the least they expected from the players in their team was effort and they didnt get it! Anyways good luck for the rest of season and keep up the good work!
