does anyone reckon burney is ready to make his footballing comeback??
He seems to run a good 20k every week and looked in tip top condition at 5 a side the other night. I'm thinking he may be available for selection in the new year (as long as he doesn't eat too much over xmas ;D)

As he's on the selection committe now as well I think his return is imminent. I think it is fear of non-selection that is keeping him out, but surely now he has no excuse!!

just cos he runs a lot doesnt mean that hes any better at football. Has anyone else noticed that we're conceeding less ogs since hes been away!!!
And as for the team selection, i think its a good idea cos he stands on the sidelines most games anyway so he might as well call the shots. All you need him to do now is take training and we can call him our real manager, unlike the caretaker one we've had since the club started!!!! ;D
