I heard the session on Saturday was a cheeky enough start to the pre-season. Hopefully things will fall into place nicely and we can prepare for a good start to the season. C'mon the Michelin!

With the start of the new season only a week away, I imagine a couple of light sessions this week to keep things ticking over would do nicely! ;D

Good win for us, still alot of players out injured or just unavailable, with Froggy and Brian McDonald missing last night as well as the ones already not available from the Broadway game. Wasnt pretty as times, which in a way isnt a bad thing that were still winning games and playing nowhere near our best.
Thistle are a decent enough team this year and arent scared to put the boot in!
9 points from 3 games so good start to the season anyway.

Very good start for you's Mitty! You's must be down to the bare minnimum in terms of players at the mo. So 3 good results considering.
Have Thistle signed any new faces??

Aye good start for us Harty, but very early days yet. Aye were down to bare bones at minute, but hopefully not be too long before we have a few of them back. Because were struggling with players think everybody is putting everything in to the games. Even players like Orrsy, who's more a ball player than winner, is working his b@lls off at the minute in the middle of the pitch. Always good to win without Forggy too, think alot of teams reckon were justa one man team with him, and although he's a massive player for us, and were a far better team with him in it, it proves we dont haev to rely on him.
Thistle have much the same team as last year mate, though think they were missing a couple players last night too, still strong enough to beat alot of teams though.
It is going to be a division where everyteam is capable of beating any other team (except Connor apparenlty!) so the league could be anybodys this year.
Hear youve a good wee squad at Clough this year as well.

Yes mate we have a good squad. Expect us to be more competitive this year. We are after a couple more players at the minute. If we can get them I'll be very happy.
Although we've made an OK start. If we had a goalkeeper down in Larne we could be sitting with 7 points.
Have to say I was very impressed with Seven Towers. We missed a lot of chances in the 1st half and the game probably should have been over but they were much better than us in the 2nd half, so a draw was probably a fair result.
How were Interstars shaping up when you's played them?

Inter Stars seemed to have most of their players from last season. Although I'm led to believe they struggle to field the same team at times.
Seven Towers always seem to be a team with a good fighting spirit. Everyone keeps saying it, but it really is going to be a tough 2nd Div this season. Which is why we need to keep the hard work going if we want to get anything out of it.
