Gona look at the last week of June mate as thatl give us a wee start before everyone fecks off for the 12th holidays etc.
Got a few wee things up the old sleeves and as always its gona be tough but very enjoyable as I think I can honestly say we do things at training no other team does in our league anyway. I can identify things we need to work on and how to resolve some of the problems we may encounter on the pitch.

what the fook is all this about....im an awesome player....tommy huddlestone!!! with a left foot like mine you dont need an engine haha!! stan have you any drills that'll teach kirk how to clear the ball without puttin it in the flippin river!!

Had a wee look in my 'bible' there and theres nothing in it that could teach Kirk not to do that tho I must say I activly encourage that from centre halfs lol my dad always said to me "son hit er to the whine bushes"
