Great to lift the Cup again lads. A hard fought match with Rovers pushing from start to finish. Well done to Sammy, scoring from distance. Andy Johnston pulling off one of the saves of the season to deny an excellent Ahoghill header is something I will never forget.  Ahoghill Rovers should go away with their heads held high. Good game lads! C'mon the Michelin!!! |

Great to bring the trophy home again for the 2nd time in 3 years.
Rovers are a very good team, played the ball around really well and had loads of possession but thought we defended superbly. Our back 4 were top class. It was also a massive blow to lose Froggy so early on .
We defintley didnt get the ball down to play as much as we planned to or wanted too, but thats just the way the game went. Everybody worked their b@lls off and most of us were blowing out of our arses in the last 20 mins, which probably was the main reason Riverdale duffed us today.
Anyway, doesnt matter how it was won, it was won and thats the main thing.
Two big semi finals to go now!
