All Saints Old Boys this Saturday.
Think we might be missing a few players, but as always, will have the Waveney fighting spirit!!
Might have a surprise on Sat for Saints too!! (If we're lucky!!)

Yea, true - but mistakes happen and no-one was to blame! Plus, FC Antrim told us to go and get the kit, which we did, but when we arrived with it they said it was too late! Think it took our lads 30 mins to get from Forum to Ballymena and back again.
Not blaming FC Antrim, but just bit annoyed that they told us to go get the kit then said it was too late.
Never mind at the end of the season for 3 pts Hugo, we could do with them now!!! Gonna be a big battle for us now!

Altho I hate to say it but just dont think its 3pts lost against Fc Antrim,who in my opinion should never be allowed back in league under whatever name thats goin to cost Waveney its just as simple as it was last season and harsh reality " Just not good enough"
Fair play to everyone involved for tryin to make a go of it but think its comin to the end of the Cecil era in DR!
Im sure few teams be wantin or glad to see relegation for Waveney but good luck in your fight!

Good luck to Big Kenny on his comeback big man needs some luck after comin through what he has although daddy ces wont be allowing him to much game time saturday i would think.

Jeez Addboat, your usually on our side!! ;D
We have struggled this year to grind out some results- Broadway and Glencloy to name a few.
Losing Colin C to injury and Neil Mcfadden and Shane Neeson to Uni in Liverpool didnt help us this season - also with big Kenny not being well.
We cant make excuses, as its up to the boys on the pitch to make it work - we just need to get more heart and determination, and keep our discipline throughout a game.
Will be a battle, but since I have been at the Waveney, we have always battled, so it will be no different this year!!

All Saints 5 - 2 Waveney Thought we done well on saturday in first half, matching All Saints in defence and attack... dont know what happened in second -- All Saints were definately the better team and deserved the win. (Although Big Lemons 3 goals were quite fluky! ) Just need to keep the heads up for next few games and keep battling away! |
