Homers 6-1 abbeyview thought we were average enough today, went through motions, never got out of 3rd gear, everything seemed very slow, missed some mount of chances in 2nd half too. but wins a win i suppose, so roll on next week  goal scorers alan rainey 2 gary bonnes paul mcneil phil mcburney sammy mcvicker |

also forgot to say, big john mcdowell played his first match of the season for us today played in at centre half, and was super....wasnt happy when we conceaded haha...great to have him back will tighten our defence up thats for sure |

In truth we both could have scored more at the start of the second half we missed 2 one on ones, who knows what impact it could have had on the game. We also went on to miss an open net but the game was long gone by then. Football is all about ifs and buts, but we got exactly what we deserved out of todays game nothing.
