We were pretty poor on Saturday. It was nice to get back on track but we wouldnt have beaten many teams playing like that. There are maybe 8 teams thinking about promotion from this division and we are going to need to find our form from a month ago to challenge. If we can keep it tight at the back we have great pace and skill in the middle, we just need to play the killer pass and take our chances.

Woody one off your lads on sat (number 8 i think) went off to hospital after a collision with his own team mate, how is he now??

Six stitches just above his eye,a little black and blue, but other than that he's fine.cheers
