Aw well I guess my source was maybe a week or 2 out but did i not say that a certain manager would be looking a new club shortly.
Alas Bremner was asked to leave Penerol on Sat by the commity of the club and has been sacked as manager after making loads of promises to the club including bringing a load of money to the club from his business.
Guess the credit crunch has hit him really bad these days and he couldnt 'buy' the players with his cash which I believe he was able to do in previous years.
I took a lot of flack for saying that I knew he was on his last few games but I guess my source wasnt too far off the mark.
No doubt he'l be back at Randalstown before too long.

Bremner i think most people in your position would not of stuck it as long as you have so fair play to you for that.
Its looking really bad for the future of Penarol and i cannot seen them surviving.

Flip brem, not to last the season with Penarol. Well tough to lose week in and week out. Plus i remember the slagging one other member got for doing the same. When Brem's team was doing so well and this other member was hung, drawen and quartered. Suppose what goes around comes around eh Bremner!!!!!!!!!!

Dont think its quite the same gwb. Bremner was pushed. He didnt jump.
Not an easy position to be in each week, as he now knows.
Cant blame the committee at Penarol either. Big club who should be in a better position.

Ok sorry Bremner, got the wrong end of the stick,
Yep Penarol huge club, maybe most of the players will come back and hopefully make Penarol a team to be reckon with again.
Be interesting to see who takes over!!!!!

Hard Position for Brem to be in, but at least he stuck it out, so fair play to him.
Good luck for the future Brem!

Its looking really bad for the future of Penarol and i cannot seen them surviving. I think with a few new players and a run of 5 wins on the bounce, we could survive no problem......

Fair play. They will need all their players and more to build on.

think terry is going to ask clubs if they have a surplus of players, that perhaps they wouldnt mind a sort of loan agreement with them, so that ones that wouldnt be getting much football, will go to penarol and hopefully get alot more football. tough decision for anyone to make. we put the question to all our players last night, not sure what the response is yet. i know we now have a big big panel, and realisticly there are boys that arent going to get much, if any football, and it might be an idea if they wanted to be playing football week in week out.

Defo be an idea for some players that do not get any football durning the season. Worth a thought i think defo if you have a a surplus of players that are not getting played, then all of a sudden asking to play for Penarol, defo 1st division football.
Worth thinking about!!!!!!!!

Was speaking to Terry today and he is gonna give it 100% while he is in charge he's a few old timers signed over already and he has spoke to quite a few players who might sign.
Things might be ok still gonna be tough.
