Big game on Saturday against the all is not well Moylena. Think I will again get some boys in that are not signed, especially a keeper for Adriany. Will get some 14 and 15 year old to sign and play and if we don't get a result, at least we will get plenty of protests. Cue me....love protests....can handle the monte father and son combination the very best... ;D ;D ;D Only kidding bchoops  |

It was a narrow 2-1 defeat. Moylena took the lead in the first half and Penerol equalised in the second. Moylena got the winner with about 10 minutes or so to go.
With out doubt a better performance with everyone trying to the end.

Not sure what game you were watching Weeman  Penerol did keep trying for 90 mins, but it was Moylenas woeful finishing that saved another embarassing defeat for you. Without exaggerating we had 15 very good chances to score but hopefully it only took 2 goals to get the 3 points. Penerol have some good young players that will develop into quality players in years to come. Good luck for the rest of the season |

Credit where credits due lads and my insider lol tells me it cuda finished 6-6 so plenty of chances for both teams.
Hopefully (and I mean this) Penerol will turn the corner and come out of this.

Thanks Adriany....and I mean that  Stevie, to be fair, you guys did miss some chances and yes you probably deserved the win, however it was never going to be another embarrassing defeat. You missed 3 or 4 good clear chances, but teams will always do that at this standard. We missed 2 good chances also. The only thing that was embarrassing on saturday did not come from my team. It was like night and day from the previous Saturday and the attitude from everyone was excellent. With a bit of luck on another day we could have nicked the draw. Your number 11 with the foreign name was a very good player. Where did he come from. Other than that knew all the other players, so wish you boys the best of luck. You have a great squad and if you can get your best 11 out every week, you def could challenge 2nd spot (think thats what all the first division teams can achieve this year. With the exception of course) Oh and what about skeletor Steeks Wilson. Looking mighty fit. Pity he was booted out of it on Saturday... ;D ;D ;D (Thats a first) |

I think the player you are talking about was Mark who played on the left wing. Hardly a foreign name but incidently he is German. Don't know where he came from (maybe Germany) ;D. He has only been up a training for the last few weeks and he is looking a good prospect.
To be fair, we were struggling on Saturday with Stuart and Keith McCrea, Stuart Burrows, Gilly, Mousey, Brian Martin, Stevie Annett all missing.
As you say, it's all about getting a regular side out, which we havn't done all season.
Steeks Wilson has been busting his balls for months and is as fit as he's been for a long time. Him and Terry Hamill had a great tussle on saturday.

Watched most of the second half and to be honest I was expecting more from Moylena and thought that Penarol put up a gutsy fight given their obvious lack of experience. To be honest I think Moylena were relieved to get the winner and find it hard to believe that they only had 1 sub and he was even carrying an injury. If Moylena get the absentee's back then they will be hard to beat but looking at them on Saturday they were no better than average.
