Despite the fact that it was absolutely hateful doing it last nite it was good leaving training tired feeling as if the boundaries had been stretched or in my case completely broken.
Bolan sure is a mouth piece with the whistle but i think it works. we started at 7 last nite and warmed up 4 10-15 minutes. Then 45 mins of solid fitness work. Tough but good. then some ball work with the emphasis on movement, a step in the right direction in my opinion.
We should leave training thinking that we have improved or challenged to improve some aspect of our game and for me last nite showed that i need to be fitter(as much complaining as i may have done).
I think it is important that we have a man in the middle who is not training to call the shots and motivate people.

Is training not only on Wed nights now hence the reason the lights are being cancelled on a mon night?

I thinks you's should start off wif a 10mile jog to warm up followed by 500 press ups, 500 sit ups, 500 star jumps, and then maybe a few squat thrusts!! And then could someone please teach duck how to drink stella and be a man!! :-)

Training is now only on wed night but going to try get indoor or astroturf etc on a mon night if anyone fancies a kickabout. Before duck can learn how to drink stella he has to learn how to build up the stamina to do so, ie come to training once in a while! ;D

Oh and as regards trainin it looked good despite the fact i didn't do it! Its good to see everyone putting the work in and that the right method of discipline was installed after various other failures!!
