Beat 3-2 on Saturday by Moylena

Shocking bit of refereeing on saturday, just terrible in my opinion, which ruined a good game of football from both teams.

Waveney started well, and got a bit of luck with an error from the Moylena goalkeeper to get a goal early in the first half.
Moylena came back and were playing well, but got a huge dose of luck when big Fulton came out of his nets, slid for the ball with his hands...GOT THE BALL FIRST...and the Moylena player went over the top of him, the Ref decided it was a penalty (the ref was 40 yards away and at a very bad angle, which makes it even worse)!!!

Moylena converted the penalty, and 10 minutes later scored directly from a corner.

Moylena got a third in the middle of the second half, and Waveney got their second and were unlucky not to get a few more goals, with mcfadden and mcnabb coming close.

Keep the heads up lads, we improved a hell of a lot on saturday from our first two games, so things are going in the right direction!!

haha, whatever lad! ;D I wouldnt of minded if it was a blatant penalty, but it was such a bad decision, then to be beat by a goal makes it even worse!

Moylena are a good side, and a decent bunch of lads! No argueing, bitching or gurning between the teams during the match like! I think they were even surprised to get the penalty! Esp when the ref ran 40 yards from the other side of the pitch to take the ball to the penalty spot! haha!!

I agree the penalty decision was a gift to us but you have to admit we should have had one earlier for a blatant handball from one of your wall defending a free kick. What more do you want when I gifted you a one goal lead!
