A team from those players could win the first. Why does one of the two managers in the first div not make it happen?

it takes certain amount of talent you can have all the fitness uyou want but not be able to control or kick a ball 1. Sam Foster 2. Mark Waddle 3. Sam Neill 4. Scott Bruce 5. David Waddle 6. Chay Hogarty 7. Jordan Craig 8. Chris Dowie 9. Gareth Mott 10. Randal Reid 11. Darren Quigley 12. Steven Dripps 13. Barry Mott 14. John Kitson
that squad would go very close to winning the league

i can never see it happening all those players playing together at the one club, perhaps if there was a senior team and a reserves maybe.. but the fact that there is quite a few talented players at the min, the most of us all came through randalstown united youth team, even the likes of foreigner ricky wilson, and there is no such set up in r'town at the min. i think all teams or all football fanitics in fandalstown need to get a youth system set up and sharpish, at the min young boys have the option of chimney corner, ballymena or carniny, if the player looks anyway decent he'll go to there sides rather than a randalstown team.

Couldnt agree more with that.......spot on......but it all falls back to facilities......where you gonna train them ,never mind play......big town like that needs more pitches

Post by weedo on Jun 9, 2007 15:37:29 GMT
we gonna have astroturf very soon split into 3 pitches, a couple of youth teams a nite for an hour before our own training, then the lisburn league you dont need your own pitch for that. if perhaps reds or blues went to afternoon league then management and playing staff could help out with the coaching the youth in the morning. i think it's def the only way forward.
