GREAT RESULT! Very hard work put in by the entire team tonight. Fitness is starting to kick in and give us the extra edge we didn't have last year.

Always hard to judge in pre season but the way we are playing at the minute, I would expect a much better season this year.

Fecking nightmare! We were due to play them next Tuesday but they got their dates wrong. We turned up for training at 7pm and were only told then. A trip back to Ballymena to get shin pads, gloves etc hade to be made so kick off wasn't until after 7.30. We were missing a few guys too so made the result even better. They had a good hour to warm up and it showed, as they ran us ragged for the first 15 until we got our legs going.
