Can I be the first to wish you lads good luck next Tuesday night from all at Lisnafillan. Thanks for a good game of football tonight and played in a great sporting manner with good end to end football. As i said to most of you after the game tonight please go on and win it now.

Thanks very much lads, honestly thought that you were going to hold on for the win. Was a hell of a game of footy, just think fitness played a massive role in the end.

Monte told us last night that the game is at the showgrounds, not ballykeel?!? Can't believe you've turned on us pugford... i guess that's just the fear of losing 6 points to the 'stone next year!  |

According to the ref last nite its definitely on for Ballykeel. Think the 2nd div playoff cant be at Ballykeel as they are in it.
Hope the game is at Ballykeel, the pitch is top top quality!!

Well done lads another hard fought win that I think we deserved great game to watch which Lisnafillan played their part in.
Unfortunately wont make it on Tuesday night (ABSOLUTELY GUTTED) go on and do it one big game away from the second division.

Donko your right mate fitness won it for you last night. Also the ability to bring players off the bench helped too something which I havent been able to do in the 6 games Ive been in charge.
Me and the ref kissed and made up after the game lol

I was wondering about that, thought we were going to get a bit of UFC in the Centre circle at the end.
At times this season having 23 players turning up for a game has been a hassle, but thankfully we have been able to keep some guys fresh and its paying off at the minute.

When i first took over at massereene we had about 30 at each training session. We're talking quantity here, not quality!!
I had to tell them that if they hadn't received a call from me by friday night, i didnt need them.
I couldnt and wouldnt of wanted to pick the team on a sat with boys standing clutching their bags lol
Least they've stuck by you Donko, and yous have achieved more this season than yous have in years!

Congratulations to Shore and good luck in the final!
The game was played in good spirits last night and maybe you got a bit of payback for a couple of dodgy decisions against you in our previous league game with last night being our turn to get them. I agree with you the fitness levels cost us. We haven't trained since preseason and I think last night that caught up with us. You get out of it what you put in I guess and we didn't put it in by not training.
You are a good footballing team and as long as you can keep the team together and not arguing you can definitely do well in the second.

Simon, we got few dodgy decisions against us too, your 3rd goal came straight after 1 of your guys absolutely cleaned our keeper at a corner. The ref then booked 2 players for protesting.
