have to agree with ye header, i couldnt believe the referee let BFP away with grabbing the ball and throwing it when watto was about to throw a different ball to me.. im not complaining though ;D are youse still in the other cup?? were youse missing a few last night? Can't say we were missing anybody in particular. Big Alex in nets wasn't playing, wee bunter injured, but we put out a strong team but didn't turn up as a team. Front men didn't see enough of the ball, midfielders didn't get a decent chance to run at anybody and the defence wasn't given time to pick a pass which is credit to your frontmen. Season over for us. Lost to Holywell in Carlsberg Cup 1st round. We are still going for an unbeaten league campaign. Waveney Swifts is our last match so we will be well up for that. Usual end of season hangover after the league has been won - just couldn't lift ourselves for the cup games. Anyhow thats our problem and one we will rectify I am sure. League in my opinion is the bread and butter, cups are always nice but only as a bonus on the league. With respect to all cup winners I would gladly keep winning the league and no cups than all the cups and no league. Very young side, fair play..

Big Ryan was number 6 last night, must of been your fella Ciaran then. Thought them 2 had good games. Your number 11 is very good at travelling way the ball, can beat players for fun. You didn't have much to do when you came on Lenny.lol you sure it was number 11 you're thinking of? not number 10?

Great result All Saints well done! Cup double on the cards...? that would be unreal, but a massive effort needed to even win one trophy before we even think about winning two. still one league game to left to try and secure a top 4 finish. all in all its turning into a good season for the saints, at the start of the year we set a few goals. To be challenging for a top 4 spot, and possibly a good run in one of the cups. we have achieved and exceeded both these goals, lets just hope we can secure at least one trophy now and cement a top 4 finish, and it will have been a very good season, and an excellent platform for us to possibly build on, and challenge carniny and homers for the league next year.

I would fully expect you to beat Glenarm on Sat, but as someone mentioned earlier/on another thread they will have all their 'big guns' back for your match I would expect.
We play the winners of Homers/Interstars so either way we will have a tough semi also!

When we played Glenarm at the start of the season they were an excellent team, and played some super football, we were unlucky not to get anything out of the game, as we controlled the second half, but aside from the top two, they were definately the best team we played all year. And i fully expect that Glenarm side to show up on Saturday morning, and not the one we played and beat 3-0 a couple of weeks ago at their place. I hope this is the case anyway, because a cup semi final is deserving of a good battle between two good football sides.

apparently took the hump after we beat them in the derby. have only started to appear back again recently i believe, although they must be picking their games going by their result v the reds. well this is what a fella on the 'management' side of things at glenarm said recently.
still, i believe saints will book another final spot
