Think we just put the heads down and battled hard Puggie! The Ahoghill situation obviously helped us out a lot, but at the start of the season we had some injury problems with players, myself included. Confidence was really low just before and after Christmas, but we have came back, helped along with some luck obviously! ;D I think we got a real eye-opener to the First Div this year, but hopefully results like last night will show some teams that the Waveney are still battling away, and no-one will come to the Waveney expecting to get 'an easy win'  Fair play to all the lads, we have worked hard at it this year. Especially the last couple of months. That includes EVERYONE at the club, from Cecil, Aidy and Albert, to the lads on the pitch. Just hope we can prove it again next year!! |

Great result for us last night showed what we are capable of. I think are biggest problem at the start of the season was the amount of are players including me hadnt played in the 1st before.
But since christmas time with the exception of a couple of resluts we've played alot better an thats just down to the lads hard work
come on the swifts lol ;D
